AI generation can produce a range of results. Most orders include several great options, but not every image will be a keeper.

If you’re unhappy with your order, we provide a simple refund process—subject to the eligibility rules below.

How to qualify for a refund

To keep this fair and prevent abuse, refunds are only available when all eligibility requirements are met.

  • You request the refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • You have not downloaded final images from the completed order.
  • You followed the upload guidelines (clear face, good lighting, no heavy filters, and consistent identity across uploads).

How to request a refund

We may ask a small set of questions to understand what went wrong so we can improve the product.

How long does it take?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria, including cases involving downloaded outputs, excessive chargeback activity, fraud, or policy abuse.
